My sister and I have been doing admin at the family home today. Things are looking quite promising on the sale front. We had a chat with the manager of the tenanted glasshouses. He has had to wade into the pond in this freezing weather to retrieve a pump that needed mending. No crops in the houses at the moment to come to harm though. It reminded me of the constant battle MrQ and I had to keep the boilers etc. running in weather like today's, our houses full of tender plants. What a worry. :(
