Busy day

Almost back to my pre-Christmas sedentary indoor self. Busy at work and, since I should avoid running on hard surfaces, no scope anywhere with the mud like concrete. Took Miss L to her violin lesson in a lovely old building in Edinburgh where they use a fine carved music stand as their noticeboard.
