Me and my shadow

Woke up at 6 - made a cuppa -no milk - arrgh!! So Dave and me went for a wander - met the locals - there are HUNDREDS of roos hopping about, round the houses, munching peoples lawns, the golf course was teaming with them! and some rather big fellas amongst them who looked like they would punch your lights out nae probs!!

Found the local shop - everything you could ever want at at least 3 times the price!! ie .... 1 yes 1 can of beans .....ready...$4!! butter $6!... now your taking the piss! Oh yes they had that as well but at normal bottle shop (off license) prices which was a slight result!

Walked down to the beach, lots of people with 4x drives driving along the beach and doing a spot of sea fishing. The weather was perfect. Found Lake Preston which is rather empty but was fantastic as there were LOADS of lovely birds and ducks - need a better zoom lens!! Back to the shack and made a big fry up for the excited teenagers - Dave drove into Bunbury (about 40 mins drive) and dropped them off. When he got back, we dusted down some dodgy old bikes from the shed and went for a bike hike - big hills and lovely views!

Home and read papers - relaxed. Dave picked up the gang who arrived home very tiered with no voices and sore legs from dancing/jumping. Must have been a good day!
