Organic Vegetables

...welll didn't set out to grow them organically, but we are extremely fortunate as there are no bugs that we need to spray for, and we only use compost and other natural ferts to feed the vegie patch.  So guess they would be classed as organic.

I popped out to gather enough vegetables to go with the roast pork for dinner and was really surprised at how the beans have just "mushroomed".

How does this compare with yours "richardg"!!!

And on a very bright note, after a miserable day yesterday with my injured foot, the swelling has receded and was back on deck again, even had my daily swim. Our blissful summer continues, the grandies are having such a great time, off out with friends boating and swimming and even finding time to bake. We even had a "red velvet cake" for desert tonight, exactly what the waistline needed.
