Informatics

I have blipped the Informatics Department of the University on several occasions. It has a very regular facade, all straight lines and a multitude of identical windows equally spaced, as would seem to befit a building wherein does logic reside.
However this is a corner blip which gives an interesting view.

Well all I can say is that there is more than one serious addict residing in the Dower House. Having already owned up to being the first candidate, can I suggest you study the case history of His Lordship and name him as the second addict?

It was still dark at 7:45M and HL was girded about with rucksack and poles to motor 40 miles to Coulter to carve a solitary hike amongst the hills- a place where a mobile phone signal is unlikely and snow is no doubt lying thick and icy.
With the weather having denied him his weekly adrenalin fix for 3 weeks, he was determined to beat his cabin fever today.

I consider this to be a case of addiction, and to say the least, I think the expedition is foolhardy. I have insisted he wear clean underwear in case there is any chance of his attendance at the A&E department of the the Borders General Hospital.

It all seems a case of 'what a man's got to do, a man's got to do'.
