Pink, Green And White

The 'Pink' being the plant, taken after I had topped up the birdfeeders nearby.

We have had frost for several days, the glassy covering taken from the birdbath at the weekend still lying on the lawn, refusing to thaw and rime edging the leaves where dewdrops have frozen. Somewhere underneath this vegetation the snowdrops are struggling to see daylight - the pinks are so vigorous that they're trying to take over the border - cuttings up for grabs in the Spring.
