Can't see ANY "Valid" parking. Can you?

I went for my periodic visit to the Vampires.
Since my Needlephobic brother regards a Blip of Donating arm as "Cruel & unusual punishment" I thought I'd avoid it.
I am also drawn to:-
A ) Things which leap out and bite.
&/or
B ) Tickle my funny bone.

And this one did both, in Spades.

On the one hand the "Invalid" parker appears to be an invalid aimer in addition.
On the other hand a perfectly "valid" parking space has been rendered "invalid" courtesy of the usual brand of inconsiderate Prick which tends to use "North Lakes" hotel.
