On the panel

I was a panel member this evening at a meeting of the London Constructing Excellence Club. The theme of the evening was graduate recruitment and my role was to present the educator's perspective. The other panel members were a recent graduate, an employer and a recruitment consultant.

I spoke about the university's approach to providing graduates with the attributes they will need throughout their professional lives. I based my presentation in the context of Westminster's Learning Futures Programme.

It went fairly well, I think, and prompted quite a few questions in the discussion afterwards.
