In the Park

Took a stroll round the local park at lunchtime, not many kids playing there today. In fact, none! Lots more grown-ups occupying the park benches though. Two. And looking pretty cold.

Have spent an entirely enjoyable time in the BT Call Centre queue tonight, seeing as it looked like they wanted to get rid of our email addresses. I followed the email
instructions which directed me to a (different) Helpline and that rather nattily directed me back to the BT website. But there was an option to wait for an operator which was good ... but at that point the call got cut off. So anyway, after an age in the queue it turns out that this is all a spoof and nothing to do with BT. So it seems that someone's set up an elaborate system that sends out emails every day, with a supporting fake website and a phoney helpline! Jings!! Cyber crime really must pay.
Either that or the Call Centre guy isn't up to speed!!
