The Simpson Building

SR organised for us to go to a talk by the 20th century society called "100 buildings 100 years" on the fourth floor of waterstones picadilly - the old simoson building built in 1936 and one of the 100 buildings. Some very interrsting buildings in the talk followed by a tour of the building and a glass of wine. This is the slighly less grand but less busy jermyn street entrance. Which until recently had waterstones written in the original simpsons font from the 30s but has now gone corporate. c20
