Eye mask

The optician said I should heat my eyelids to counteract dry eyes. This is a mini wheat bag that you heat in the microwave.....but it's boring lying there with with my eyes covered! If I sit down I'm always reading. I once read that you could be addicted to reading, but who cares? It's not going to kill me.
