Lantern Thing

I'll try to take something or someone a bit more interesting today.  Tomorrow I will move states so you only have one more day to guess where I am.

It's for lovers, apparently.
Clue number two.
It's not West or Central and they seem to like pancakes.  I was here around this time last year too.
Clue number three.......oh, I can't be arsed with this.  I'm off out to see if there's some light before I have to go to work again.

I'll have no excuses at the weekend as I'll be over on the West coast with no work for two whole days!
