Lens Flare Alert!

OK Colin, this is a QX10 shot. Still a little bit faffy, but the firmware update has made a big difference. Definitely better than just your phone. Have figured out how to set ISO, focus point and exposure compensation. No sign of aperture/focal length yet, but I'm sure I saw a shot of the app with that on it when I as researching. Quite glad I got at second hand QX10, and didn't splash out £300-odd quid for the QX100 at this point. It may well get better with practice, though.

Was shooting directly into the setting sun, so the flare was inevitable. I love this scene - little ruined building just off the A96 near Drummuir, with Ben Rinnes in the background.
