Vegetarian

We have fallen into a (happy) habit of seeing Laura, James's girlfriend after college on a Thursday and she generally stays for tea.  Laura is vegetarian and so my challenge is to try and find something vegetarian that the boys will also eat.  Pizza or pasta bake are mainstay options on a Thursday.....(with a side serving of chicken wings).

Laura has AMAZING blue eyes and dark hair and I mentioned to James that I would love to photograph them...turns out he only went and told her (squirm) and she says she doesn't mind, which means I'm going to have to do it... and do it well, to do her justice  - eeek!
