Life from city to village

The Long Goodbye

I had a meeting this morning at Seacroft Hospital - a rare event, as there are not many services still based on the site. It was a shame to see the old hospital buildings coming down. Although it is understandable - they are impractical, out dated, and would cost far too much to maintain. Still - its the end of an era really. At least the iconic clock tower - in the picture - will remain.

And it meets the Derelict Thursday challenge!
