In memory

Today my nanny passed away. She had alzheimers and i guess had gone in many ways before but today she left in body too.

I have spent the day thinking of my childhood with her, which in turn made me think of my brother. I really needed to hug him today but he is down under as in Oz! That made me cry as we were so close its the first family event of that nature where he wasnt there. Luckily we skyped and that sorted me out.

I have lots of memories of going to stay at their house, the smell of woodsmoke, stocking up wood, playing in the ford outside, the low flying aircraft much more too.
