Union Canal at Harrison Park

I've had a similar blip last winter, but today the canal was frozen and the activity was cycling. We decided to go out on our bikes as it was a good day with no wind. We went along the canal to just beyond the Slateford Aquaduct, before coming back along the Water of Leith. Near Murrayfield we saw 21 Mergansers swimming; I'd not seen that many before in one place.
