heart healthy challenge: day 9 of 32

I set my alarm for 6am this morning, but needed to sleep in and so a morning workout just didn't happen. Fortunately I was able to bike for a 1/2 hour after work! I was very motivated to go to the gym this evening, but the last 10 minutes of biking were a bit of a struggle - hopefully that changes sometime soon.
