Watered down

...or are they?

Today the plans for new Scottish Government powers was published and launched by David Cameron amid accusations by the SNP that the "vow" made by the No campaign and subsequent recommendations by the Smith Commission have been significantly "watered down". Time will tell if these new powers really are 'built to last'.

Makes for an interesting run up to the general election in a few months time – for once.
