Otter Bliss
Went to The Wetlands Centre at Washington today. Cost just over £8 to get in. Not totally sure it was worth the money but it is however a nice walk.
The main things what I'd say were worth seeing was some flamingos(about 20 in total) and the otters. The flamingos were good to see but I didn't feel close enough to them to really appreciate them. The Otters however were great. There were two brothers named Rod and Musa(not sure which one this is). The brothers are Asian short-clawed otters, which is the smallest species of otter in the world. They were so cute and very playful. They behave very much like dogs/puppys.
I took a few pictures but this one looked more natural. He'd just been for a swim. Just need to go back to the Causey Arch now to take hopefully catch a wild otter in his natural environment.
