Aerial silks on Lanta :)

I am so happy that the flier for this class caught my eye, whilst exploring the area and looking for food!
The classes have only just begun, today. 2 girls, whose names I cannot remember, from Argentina, who have practiced and taught for over 4 years at home, and are now on Lanta and would like to have the opportunity to make a little money. What a fantastic idea and way to do so :)
They were lovely, the class was fun and it was a fantastic work out!!
If I can just about move my aching muscles, I will definitely be attending another class!!
