When I opened the curtains and saw the low sun and thick frost I dragged some clothes on and rushed out with the camera, shouting to John, “I’m off to take pictures, I’ll be back for porridge”.
I have some wonderful frost pictures but this one of the lichen on the post box is my favourite picture of the morning.
The porridge was lovely.
