Fairground Friday

Another freezing day here but at least the blue skies returned so we've been out to enjoy the winter sunshine.  

had some shopping to do in southend so on our way back to the car we had a little walk along the seafront and i snapped this pic of the big wheel and one of the rollercoasters at the Adventure Island - Peter Pans Playground as it used to be called! - amusement park. Many a happy hour has been spent here over the years although i'm not brave enough to try some of the newer, scarier rollercoasters they have! Much happier watching others do that!!
