BIG DEAL?

I pass this twice every working day. I do my best to avert my eyes in respect for Painter592, but coming home this evening I thought "Get it out of your system, David".

Ok - somebody with a big budget & zero imagination decided to break up the desperate corporate bleakness of this reception area with an "Artistic Installation". Guess this somebody has a lucky cousin who takes sculpture night classes.

The lucky cousin learned that his local garden centre sells  lumps of Carrara marble that have been rolled around in an industrial pebble mill to knock off all the sharp corners. He bought half a ton & placed them in pigeon holes - 13 X 17 = 221 - 23 pigeonholes are empty.

BIG DEAL...
