On the right track

Carlos is a man of many talents. He is. 
But an in-depth knowledge of Excel and pivot tables is not one of them. It isn't. 
He doesn't quite excel at it. 

A few minutes of hesitant filtering led to precisely the opposite of the data that I was looking for. 

Always the optimist, he pointed out that he was on the right track though.

I concurred. I told him that he was indeed on the right track. But heading in the wrong direction.
A bit like a packed Shangai Express seconds before a head on collision with an incoming freight train.

We laughed and we laughed and we laughed.

And then we headed out for lunch.
