Our Mum taught us to knit, sew, wallpaper, bake ...

Tonight my sister and I started our Sewing Bee - a wee class to teach our daughters some of these skills. What stars the girls were, each learning to thread a sewing machine, pin, sew and press a seam and then stitch a bag each. Next week we could be using bias binding, inserting a zip and making our own piping cord!
