Running...

...Re-commences.

So, after about a two year break from the running game, excluding a few half arsed efforts to stave off boredom during the previous summer, I'm back on it.

Which, considering I've signed up for a 20km assault course and a half marathon, all within the next 4 months, is probably a good thing.
