Trio of Desserts

Strawberry tart, Mini Black Forest Gateau and a Treacle tart.
The Strawberry tart is gluten free.
The Treacle tart could be gluten free but was made with regular corn flakes. Not the traditional recipe which uses breadcrumbs but this is my attempt to replicate my Granny's version.
The Mini black Forest Gateau was made with regular self raising.
