Cold comfort

Me and my new knee are getting along just fine. I introduced it to the high life last night with a lovely fish supper at Les Ondines. Although it was well covered up and supported by a rather fetching navy blue brace, all the clambering in and out of the car, up and down steps and generally showing it off, resulted in even more swelling this morning. 

I am supposed to keep it well iced to try to reduce the swelling and this our current high tech method of achieving it.
