Burns night celebration

We finally experienced our first Burns Night celebration tonight, with our long time friends Diane & Ian, at Nutters restaurant.

On arrival we were welcomed by a Piper, and inside the whole venue had been draped with the saltire! We enjoyed a fabulous meal......if you're interested, you can read the menu in my blip :-) then you might be able to appreciate just how stuffed we were afterwards!!!

The piping in of the haggis saw everyone stand up and applaud as the chef carried a massive haggis through the restaurant, and duly set it alight with brandy and read :
