Cookery school
I have spent the most wonderful day at the Rosemary Shrager's Cookery School in Tunbridge Wells doing something that certainly stretched me. The course was Cooking for family and friends something I have done grudgingly for the last 43 years but today was something quite different and so much fun. Everything was measured out for us, a lovely young man cleared up after us and we got to eat it afterwards. I can now master seafood and chorizo broth, stuffed guinea fowl with potatoes dauphinoise, french peas and a chocolate fondant with pistachio melting centre and crème anglais. So if you ever do come to my home, you'll know what's on the menu!
