Balance
About a third of the people living in my building are Chinese, and many of the Chinese people do group exercises in the morning: Tai Chi, Qigong, sword dancing, and various physically-active group activities. They're an inspiration to me, and I note that the ones who get out and exercise seem to have fewer health issues than the ones who sit in front of computer screens most of the time.
I continue organizing a group of meditators to offer silent but visible support and witness for social justice demonstrations and to offer meditation instruction for those who want it. Because organizing happens these days via social media, this means more hours in front of a screen for me. So I'm less on Blip, trying to find my balance.
