Flying

Back to running class this morning and was pleased with my speeds. Met a friend for coffee before home for cycle loop with Him Outdoors. Wind was horrendous on return section - but we made it without too much swearing!
Town visit with The Teen for new jeans resulted in the quick blip from iPhone (rare occasion of not having camera) before returning home to break the "no work on Saturday" rule. Teen had a boyfriend visit so I had to be in the house!
Just the three of us with good food and catch-up TV this evening.
