Deep Shadows

After several hours sorting out papers and starting to work on my US taxes, I was pleased to have a break on what was a gloriously sunny (and warmer) afternoon.  I just wish I would have got out sooner, although it is not quite warm enough to take Dolly on really long walks.  

This is Shottesbrooke Park - a country house and park near Maidenhead in Berkshire. I was here a few days ago (without Dolly!), although today was a much sunnier day.  This walk has so many things to enjoy - an avenue of trees, a lake, hundreds of inquisitive sheep, a Tudor house and a pretty old church.
