1lb off target

Really pleased with my achievements today at class. 
I lost 11/2lb which gave me my 21/2 stone in class and 3 Stone in total since last week of August. 

I also got my Silver Body Magic as I have been walking and jogging.  Hopefully I will reach my target next Saturday. 

I have my friend turning up at 01.00hrs from Malta and she is staying with me for a
Week.
