Up, went for a run! I feel like I should be seeing more of a difference in myself with all this jogging! Came back cleaned the animals, took me old dad shopping, then took the girls shopping for their school camp trip next week! Miss R has not grasped the fact they are to wear old clothes that can get ruined, she wants new stuff to ruin!!!

My dad was very low today, worried about him!!
