Dinner at L'escargot bleu
We had considered going way this weekend, but instead decided to stay put and have some fun at home.
Saturday's highlight was dinner at L'escargot bleu. Mr hazelh worked his way through steak tartar, sea bream and sticky toffee pudding. I enjoyed camembert cheese in filo pastry and steak. I couldn't manage a pudding after all that.
For those who regularly follow my journal, you may be interested to know that our route to the restaurant took us past the flat that I blipped on Thursday. The Christmas tree has now disappeared from the window.
Exercise today: regular weekend Leith running route along the cycle paths and back in 50'11". We were caught by the lights again at Great Junction Street.
