Yes - it's Kale

Went to a wonderful cookery demo by the Hemsley sisters today at an equally wonderful eclectic pub diner called paradise. This isn't one of their concoctions (they're into bone broth and raw milk) but I was embarrassed to admit I had never garnished my (imitation) chocolate smoothies with Kale!
