Time to flower

I was given one of these plants many years ago and it only flowered once. I was given this one last year and it had a rough time being transported in my car boot for a week. I was quite surprised when I went into the conservatory today to find that it had decided to flower. I shall enjoy watching it. Perhaps it will remind the other one to flower again as well? 

I missed the Burns Night meal and entertainment last night. I could have done with another day of rest today but that was not possible. Being active certainly makes you realise you're not as well as you thought you were when you were sitting on the sofa!  Still feeling fragile.
