Napkins with a twist!

I used to be able to make these spirals with the school photocopying paper but it was very tiring on the old finger - the finished effect looked good particularly with coloured paper.  This, though, is the first time I have ever seen paper napkins with the same effect - very difficult to do I would imagine on material so soft and sort of spongy.
