Great day at Liverpool Marina!

One of the nicest days so far with lots of people getting ready to go out on the river at about 12.30 today.  We just tootled around still getting Quasar ready for going back on the river soon - still waiting for the electrics to be done! Good shot of the Liver Building overlooking the Marina.  Next we see the Wind Cats (there are 5 in at the moment). Then HMS Biter (what a name!).  This is one of the training ships of the shore based HMS Eaglet (that's the building in the background).  Next the little lady herself (born in 1987 and still going strong) - she's been on her best behaviour today.  Then we had some young lads being shouted at / coached at rowing (see a little video here). Finally a view of the river on our way back - here are the leaders of Liverpool Sailing Club's Sunday race - looks like they were having fun!
