Looking Back Across the Forest

Our weekend of skiing ended with a sunny Sunday for the drive home. It was tempting to stay and ski another day and a couple of our number did that but it also means driving home in the dark and arriving fairly late.
After driving for a while we stopped on this hill, looking back to the mountains we were skiing on.  If you look carefully you’ll see ski runs on the most distant hills.
When you get above the trees you can see just how empty of people much of Sweden is, and how much forest there is!
There had been new snow everywhere on the journey home so everything looked delightfully clean and white.
Now to get ready for work!
