You know the score : food sourced from shops that would be getting rid of it . Food cooked by a chef. Customers pay what they think the food is worth.

Cafe run off paid staff but also volunteers

Looking after the environment, reducing waste, producing quality good and uniting the community.

What's not to love

NB cauliflower cheese soup and focaccia . Enough said .
