Hectic morning; boys to bus garage along the road; we had a good look around a hurl up around the Botanic Gardens.

Dropped them, and then across town to whisk her off for fresh air and exercise.

Opted for Fife Coastal Trail - a cold sunny day; hardly a soul about and a great poke around from North Queensferry to Inverkeithing. Hardly long distance, but baby steps at the moment.

And then later we were out at Pomegranate - my first time there. And makes sense given the cook book de jour is Persiana.
