Gardening day
Headed over to Dobbies this morning to get some stuff for the garden. Came back and managed to get the lavender planted and cut back the climbing plant on the back wall. Managed to find a stuffed dolphin, bird’s nest and tennis ball in the shrub.
Sorted out the two propagators we bought ready for planning next month. Potted up J’s new cactus in a large teacup she bought. Then spent the rest of the afternoon clearing up all the dead leaves.
Decided to remove one of the old shrubs from the garden. Pleasantly surprised to find that the soil is very good top soil in the beds. Too ages to get the roots of the shrub out. Still victory was mine.
Quick snap of this weekend achievements including the garlic, which I planted out yesterday.
