Truffles. .

What birthday present do you buy a lovely lady who you don't know well enough to pin point what she would like????
Problem. .
So I made truffles, hope she will enjoy them.
Had to try one and they are very rich but so yummy !!
I am not posting this on Facebook as she will see them :-)
