Over and around

I'd arranged to meet my lunchtime running friends for an outing in the Pentlands - so I had to head off towards the clag. I dropped Mother Flump and the boys at IKEA then over to Hillend. Met the others and then had 2 hours going over and around hills in the Pentlands. It was pretty fresh on Allermuir (both times) but the rain held off. It was great being in the hills again and the first time all four of us have made it. Also the last since E is heading off to Switzerland soon.

Down in time to meet the rest of my family leaving IKEA and home for a relaxed afternoon. Spent an hour doing the RSPB garden bird watch. Least birds I've ever seen in our garden :-/
