Afan

Up at 7:30, porridge, coffee then over to Afan for a full day on the bike with Mat, Phil and Pete.

Felt a lot easier than two months ago when I was in the middle of man flu. Nice to meet Pete, a colleague of Mat's who joined us for what turned out to be the wettest ride I've ever done.

Thoroughly enjoyed it though, especially now, after a hot bath and getting the feeling back in my toes.

Turns out I blew out my rear shock just 20 yards from the car jumping down some steps. Was lucky it lasted that long!

Oh and my back brake failed too!
