River Usk Night Time High Tide

It's our first day home. It's never nice catching up on things, so after going shopping to get food bits and pieces, it was helping the wife with some cleaning.

We had a friend come in over the past couple of weeks when we were away to fit a new bathroom. It was all stripped back and new plasterboard, ceiling and lights, fitted white goods, and re-tiled. The result was a lot of dust throughout the house, and another car load of rubbish to the tip.

The day was slipping by before I needed to pop out and get a blip. The tide was up, so some bobbing boats on the River Usk, Caerleon, Nr Newport, was a good idea. It was pitch black but the camera has done a great job in picking up the scene.
