South Narrabeen

Got up early and had breakfast at South Narrabeen, headed down to the beach by 8am while Mitch went surfing. Super hot day, headed to Narrabeen lagoon to meet Lou and Shane and swam again, had to get out of the sun by midday. Thirty degrees in the shade, spent the rest of the day indoors.
